University of Rochester

Steeltown, USSR: Soviet Society in the Gorbachev Era,由University of California Press出版,記述當地幹部如何阻礙改革以及開放政策帶來的政治討論。[2]

出版Magnetic Mountain

1995年,University of California Press出版他的Magnetic Mountain: Stalinism as a Civilization,全書正文前xxvi頁、正文639頁,附索引、地圖、圖版和表格。[4]

出版Armageddon Averted

2015年,Stalin第一卷入圍Pulitzer獎傳記類決選,評語稱其為“A superbly researched tour de force of pre- and post-revolutionary Russian history told through the life of Joseph Stalin”(一部借Stalin生平講述革命前後俄國曆史、研究精湛的力作)。[12]
