Jimmy John Liautaud

Jimmy John Liautaud is an American restaurateur and investor, and the founder and former chairman of Jimmy John’s. He opened his first sandwich shop in 1983 and developed a franchise chain. After selling a majority stake to Roark in 2016, he became an adviser following Inspire Brands’ 2019 acquisition, later pursuing coffee investments and family-foundation philanthropy.
