2023Joining Virgin Hotels Collection
Virgin Hotels Collection was announced in January 2023, bringing Virgin Hotels and private-island and retreat brand Virgin Limited Edition under one hospitality parent, with plans for residential development.[2]
2024–2025UK expansion and music programming
The London Shoreditch hotel opened in 2024, joining Edinburgh and US destinations. The brand introduced Hidden Grooves in 2025, incorporating music programming and local culture into the guest experience.[3]
Service: Chambers, Commons Club and membership
Guest rooms, called Chambers, separate sleeping and dressing areas. Commons Club is the brand’s dining and social-space concept; The Know is its membership program and Lucy a digital service tool. These are distinct from the cross-brand Virgin RedVirgin RedVirgin Red is Virgin’s cross-brand rewards program, using Virgin Points for shopping, travel and experiences.
