Grant Mitterlehner, known as Grant Mitt, is an entrepreneur, business adviser and podcast host. He founded residential solar company MittGroup and growth advisory firm Mitt Media and hosts The Grant Mitt Podcast. After moving from college football into sales, he began sharing his business experience through interviews and social media.

Grant Mitterlehner was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and played American football as a young man.[1]

He played football at Long Beach City College in California before transferring to ASA College in Brooklyn for a better scholarship opportunity.[1]
