April 24, 2023$1.25 Million Settlement
A federal court in Utah entered a stipulated order requiring Dean R. Graziosi to pay $1.25 million and prohibiting misrepresentations concerning earnings, endorsement relationships and related matters. Except for jurisdiction, he neither admitted nor denied the complaint’s allegations. This was a civil settlement.[9]
May 22, 2023FTC Announces Case-Wide Settlements
The FTC announced case-wide settlements totaling $16.7 million, including Graziosi’s $1.25 million. The lifetime training-industry bans imposed on the company and its principals were separate from his individual order.[10]
