Golden State Warriors（金州勇士）是以舊金山為主場的 NBA 職業籃球隊，前身為1946年的 Philadelphia Warriors，現於 Chase Center 比賽。

1946—1947年費城起源與BAA首冠
前身 Philadelphia Warriors 參加1946年成立的 Basketball Association of America。Eddie Gottlieb 擔任主教練等職務，帶領球隊贏得1946—47賽季冠軍。1949年 BAA 與 NBL 合併為 NBA，球隊隨之進入新聯盟。[1]
1956年Arizin帶隊再奪冠
Paul Arizin 率隊贏得 NBA 冠軍。他憑藉跳投成為這一時期的代表人物，曾兩次獲得聯盟得分王，並十次入選全明星。[2]
1962年Chamberlain紀錄與遷往舊金山
Wilt Chamberlain 單場攻下100分。[3]
Franklin Mieuli 參與收購後，球隊遷往舊金山灣區，主要在 Cow Palace 比賽。1964年和1967年曾進入總決賽。[4]
1971年奧克蘭主場與Golden State名稱
球隊以 Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Arena 為主要主場，並改稱 Golden State Warriors。當時仍在聖迭戈安排少量主場比賽，新名稱表達了覆蓋全州的構想。[4]
1975年Barry率隊奪冠
Rick Barry 幫助球隊奪得 NBA 冠軍，並獲總決賽 MVP。他曾分別成為 NCAA、NBA 和 ABA 得分王，以衝擊籃筐、外線投籃及低手罰球著稱。[5]
1989—1991年Run TMC
Tim Hardaway、Mitch Richmond 與 Chris Mullin 組成 Run TMC，以快速、高得分進攻形成鮮明風格。Hardaway 在金州連續四季場均超過20分、9次助攻，隨後轉往 Miami。[6]
1995年Cohan入主
1月買下球隊。[7]
2007年We Believe
Baron Davis 等人率西部第八的球隊淘汰第一種子 Mavericks，成為首支在七場四勝制中完成這一逆轉的第八種子。[3]
2010年11月12日Lacob與Guber集團完成收購
NBA 董事會一致批准後，由 Joe Lacob 與 Peter Guber 牽頭的集團完成收購。聯盟正式確認二人成為多數股東，開啟新的所有權時期。[8]
2014—2015年Kerr執教與冠軍迴歸
Steve Kerr 接任主教練，球隊取得67勝15負，隨後擊敗 Cavaliers，結束始於1975年後的冠軍荒。Andre Iguodala 獲總決賽 MVP。[3]
2016年73勝與全票MVP
球隊以73勝9負創造常規賽勝場紀錄。Stephen Curry 連續第二年獲 MVP，成為該獎首位全票得主；他單季命中402記三分球。[9]
總決賽3比1領先後被 Cleveland 逆轉。[10]
2017—2018年
球隊連冠，Durant 連獲總決賽 MVP。[11]
2019年9月Chase Center啟用
球隊遷入舊金山 Mission Bay 的 Chase Center。場館設18064個座位，並容納球隊的 Oracle Practice Facility，是周圍 Thrive City 商業與公共空間項目的核心。[12]
2022年八年內第四冠
勇士在總決賽第六場以103比90擊敗 Celtics，獲得八年內第四個冠軍。Stephen Curry 首獲總決賽 MVP。球隊在2019—20賽季僅15勝50負，並連續兩年缺席季後賽，此次奪冠完成了從低谷回升。[13]
2026年4月17日附加賽出局
球隊以96比111負於 Suns，結束賽季。Curry 僅得17分；球隊在傷病和陣容調整中未能重返季後賽。[14]
2026年5月Kerr續約
新約為期兩年。[15]
