David Thomson

David Thomson（1957年生）是加拿大商人，媒體與資訊集團 Thomson Reuters 董事長，同時任 Thomson 家族投資公司 Woodbridge 和加拿大媒體公司 The Globe and Mail Inc. 董事長；他於2002年接替父親 Ken Thomson 出任 Thomson Corporation 董事長。2011年，他與 Mark Chipman 領導的溫尼伯 True North Sports + Entertainment 買下 NHL 球隊 Atlanta Thrashers 並遷至溫尼伯，球隊以 Winnipeg Jets 之名參賽。

早年：出身與求學

David Thomson 全名 David Kenneth Roy Thomson，1957年6月生，國籍加拿大，是加拿大媒體企業家 Ken Thomson 的長子。他持有 Cambridge University 碩士學位（MA）。⁠[1][1][1][2][3][4]

1998年4月17日出任 Thomson Travel Group 董事

1998年4月17日，Thomson 獲任英國公司 Thomson Travel Group PLC 董事，2000年4月26日辭任；該公司現名 TUI Northern Europe Limited。⁠[1][1][5]
