Ben Guill

Ben Guill（Ben A. Guill）是美國休斯敦的能源私募股權投資人，2008年與 Tom Edelman 共同創辦能源私募基金 White Deer Energy，此前曾任 First Reserve Corporation 總裁和 Simmons & Company International 投資銀行業務聯席主管。他1999年起任油服公司 NOV 董事，2026年2月辭任。2015年12月，他成為美職聯 Houston Dynamo 與女足聯賽 Houston Dash 的少數股東，2021年 Ted Segal 收購俱樂部多數股權時出售並轉滾部分權益。

教育與早年職業

Guill 畢業於普林斯頓大學，獲英語學士學位，後獲賓夕法尼亞大學沃頓商學院金融 MBA。他曾任投資銀行 Simmons & Company International 董事總經理兼投資銀行業務聯席主管，該行專注油服行業。⁠[1][2]

1998年9月加入 First Reserve

1998年9月，Guill 加入能源私募投資機構 First Reserve Corporation，與同事 Joseph Edwards 開設其休斯敦辦公室，主導油服領域投資，後出任總裁，至2007年4月。⁠[2][1]

2008年共同創辦 White Deer Energy

2015年12月15日成為 Houston Dynamo 與 Houston Dash 股東

2015年12月15日，Gabriel Brener 牽頭的集團收購 AEG 在美職聯球隊 Houston Dynamo、女足聯賽球隊 Houston Dash 及 BBVA Compass Stadium 的權益，Guill 與 Jake Silverstein、Oscar De La Hoya 一同進入所有者團體。Guill 當時也是美職棒 Houston Astros 的少數股東。⁠[4]

2019年12月3日發起迷你足球場計劃

2019年12月3日，Houston Dynamo 宣佈少數股東 Jake Silverstein 與 Guill 與美國足協合作，計劃在五年內於休斯敦建設15個迷你足球場，前 Dynamo 後衛 DaMarcus Beasley 參與規劃。Guill 同時是休斯敦2026年世界盃申辦委員會成員。⁠[5]

2021年6月22日出售並轉滾部分俱樂部權益

2021年6月22日，地產投資人 Ted Segal 牽頭的 Electric Orange, LLC 完成收購 Houston Dynamo FC 與 Houston Dash 多數權益的交易。Guill 在交易中出售其少數權益的一部分，另一部分轉滾至新所有者結構中。⁠[6]

2026年2月19日辭任 NOV 董事

2026年2月19日，Guill 在 NOV 董事會會議後辭任董事，原因是個人日程及其他時間安排，公司說明其辭任並非源於與公司或董事會的分歧。⁠[7]
