The Business Times是新加坡的英文財經日報，創刊於1976年，現由非營利機構SPH Media TrustSPH Media TrustSPH Media Trust（SPH Media）是新加坡的非營利擔保有限公司，2021年12月接管Singapore Press Holdings的媒體業務，出版The Straits Times、The Business Times、Lianhe Zaobao等報刊。政府自2022年起按關鍵績效指標向其提供資助；2023年該機構披露此前發行量曾被虛報。點擊查看完整詞條出版。

1993年編輯Patrick Daniel被判違反Official Secrets Act
1993年，時任該報編輯的Patrick Daniel與另外三人被依據Official Secrets Act定罪，Daniel被罰款2,000新元。他於2007年出任英文及馬來文報紙部門總編輯。[2]
2021年9月SPH Media Trust計劃加速數字化
2021年9月，即將接管SPH媒體業務的SPH Media Trust表示將加快該報的數字化轉型，並以此作為翌年旗下較大新聞編輯部推行同類改革的模板。[3]
同月公佈的SPH Media Trust旗下刊物包括該報、The Straits TimesThe Straits TimesThe Straits Times是新加坡歷史最悠久的英文日報，1845年創刊，原名The Straits Times and Singapore Journal of Commerce。該報曾長期隸屬Singapore Press Holdings，2021年12月起由非營利機構SPH Media Trust出版。點擊查看完整詞條、Berita Harian與Tamil Murasu等。[4]
2023年1月重新核定發行量
2023年1月，SPH Media英文、馬來文及淡米爾文媒體集團總編輯Wong Wei Kong在內部備忘錄中表示，The Straits Times與該報均已重新核定發行數字。[5]
