Peter Kellogg
Peter Kellogg（Peter R. 1931年Spear, Leeds & Kellogg成立
Spear, Leeds & Kellogg由Harold Spear和Laurence C. Leeds於1931年創辦。[2]
1973年起領導Spear, Leeds & Kellogg
1973年，Kellogg加入其父擔任合夥人的Spear, Leeds & Kellogg，數年後接掌公司領導權。在他領導下，該公司成為首家在紐約證券交易所控制逾10%交易股票專營業務的專營商券商。[1]
1980年代初IAT Reinsurance

2013年11月提名MFC Industrial董事
2013年11月25日，IAT Reinsurance宣佈向MFC Industrial董事會提名董事人選。當時Kellogg與IAT控制或管理MFC Industrial的20,662,400股，約佔已發行股份的33.03%；IAT持有MFC的投資已有14年。[5]
2014年10月卸任IAT首席執行官
2014年10月，IAT Reinsurance宣佈，在Travelers Insurance Company工作多年的William Cunningham將於2015年1月4日出任首席執行官，Kellogg卸任首席執行官後繼續領導董事會。當時IAT Reinsurance是一傢俬人持有的百慕大保險公司，直接及通過八家在美國註冊的全資子公司承保商業和個人財產與意外險的再保險及保險業務。[3]
