Holepunch

2022年7月Tether、Bitfinex 与 Hypercore 推出 Holepunch

2022年7月25日，Tether、Bitfinex 与点对点基础设施公司 Hypercore 推出面向开发者的点对点平台 Holepunch，三方投入1,000万美元支持在其上开发的初创公司；平台计划内置基于 Lightning Network 的支付接口，以 USDT 作微支付。Ardoino 当时表示 “Web2 requires users to give up control of their data”（Web2 要求用户放弃对数据的控制）。⁠[1]

三家公司称底层技术已开发五年。协议当时为闭源，计划同年12月开源。首席执行官 Mathias Buus 是来自丹麦的自学 JavaScript 开发者，长期参与开源与点对点项目，Ardoino 任首席战略官。Bitfinex 与 Tether 表示可再投入5,000万至1亿美元。⁠[2]

2022年7月首个应用 Keet

Keet 是基于 Holepunch 开发的首个应用，为免费的加密视频聊天软件，发布时仅有桌面版。通话直接在用户电脑之间进行，不在服务器上存储内容。Ardoino 称 “Privacy is one of the most-forgotten human rights”（隐私是最常被遗忘的人权之一）。⁠[3]

2024年2月发布 Pear Runtime

2024年2月13日，Holepunch 发布开源点对点应用开发平台 Pear Runtime，让开发者无需承担服务器基础设施成本即可构建应用。首席执行官 Mathias Buus Madsen 说 “Pear Runtime is all about direct connections — unmediated, unfettered and unbreakable.”（Pear Runtime 的核心是直接连接，无中介、无束缚、不可中断）。⁠[4]

Ardoino 以联合创办人兼首席战略官身份表示 “We challenge the conventional notion that servers are indispensable to online interaction”（我们挑战服务器是在线互动必需品的传统观念）。⁠[5]

2026年4月Tether QVAC 采用 Holepunch 技术栈

Tether 在2026年4月推出用于在各类设备上构建、运行和微调 AI 的开发工具包 QVAC SDK；其资料显示，QVAC 通过 Holepunch 技术栈提供点对点能力，包括委托推理和去中心化模型分发。⁠[6]
