Ronnen Harary

Ronnen Harary is a Canadian entrepreneur, television executive producer, author and philanthropist. He co-founded Spin Master with Anton Rabie and Ben Varadi in 1994, served as co-CEO and remains a director. He helped develop children’s entertainment brands including Bakugan and PAW Patrol, established his foundation, co-founded MEAD and wrote No Experience Necessary.

The CPSC announced a $1.3 million company settlement concerning alleged failures to report hazards and the import and sale of a banned hazardous product. Spin Master denied knowingly violating the law. The announcement concerned the company, not a personal judgment against Harary.⁠[6]
