AC Milan announced that RedBird had refinanced the acquisition-related vendor loan provided by Elliott-associated entities with institutional debt arranged by Comvest Credit Partners. Participating in the Completed Warner Bros. Discovery Acquisition

Paramount completed its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The combined company became Skydance and traded on the NYSE as SKYD. The announcement identified the Ellison family and RedBird as holders of all voting shares and Gerry Cardinale as a director.⁠[13]
