Offset

Offset (Kiari Kendrell Cephus; born December 14, 1991) is an American rapper, songwriter and member of Migos. His work with Quavo and Takeoff includes the Culture series; his solo albums include Father of 4, Set It Off and Kiari. He also works in fashion and television and has made business investments.

Early Years: Meeting His Migos Bandmates

He formed the rap group Migos with Quavo and Takeoff. A 2023 interview report clarified that he was not biologically related to either; their friendship began in sixth grade.⁠[2][3]

Shooting and Hospital Discharge

He was shot outside the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida, on April 6. On April 10, a spokesperson confirmed to the Associated Press that he had left hospital and was walking.⁠[18]

School of Hard Knocks published the Monaco interview compilation Asking Monaco Billionaires How They Got Rich!, identifying Offset among its interviewees.⁠[19]
