Muhammad Binghatti
Muhammad Binghatti, also styled Muhammad BinGhatti, is an Emirati real-estate entrepreneur, architectural designer and chairman of Binghatti Holding. An American University of Sharjah graduate, he helped shape the group’s architectural identity and branded-residence partnerships with Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz and Jacob & Co. He previously served on Talabat’s board and has been interviewed by School of Hard Knocks.

According to American University of Sharjah, he helped redesign Binghatti Residences after studying Moshe Safdie’s approach, using parametric facades responsive to sunlight and a white, orange and black brand palette.[3]

Speaking at the 2025 Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival, he recalled selling his car to meet payroll. After expansion left a juice-manufacturing venture with weak sales and rising costs, he spent three years seeking a buyer and ultimately secured a deal in Saudi Arabia.[2]

He and Bugatti Rimac CEO Mate Rimac unveiled Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai. The initial plans included 171 Riviera Mansions, 11 penthouses and car lifts connecting garages to penthouses.[7]
January 24, 2024Mercedes-Benz Places Launch
Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz launched Mercedes-Benz Places in Downtown Dubai, initially planned as a 341-meter, 65-story residential tower. Its design combined automotive styling with a photovoltaic facade and features including electric-vehicle charging.[8]

January 15, 2026Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City
The company unveiled its second Mercedes-Benz collaboration, a master-planned community of 12 towers in Nad Al Sheba. It announced a development value of AED30 billion and a three-phase delivery plan.[16]

Binghatti Holding announced pricing of a $500 million sukuk with a five-and-a-half-year maturity and an 8.375% profit rate, with proceeds for general corporate purposes. He commented on the transaction as executive chairman.[17]
February 27, 2026Orphans’ Endowment Contribution
Abu Dhabi Media Office reported Binghatti Holding’s announced AED100 million contribution to the Mother of the Nation Endowment for Orphans. Speaking for the company, he supported education, healthcare and long-term care for orphans.[18]
July 27, 2026First-Half Results
In July, the company reported first-half revenue of approximately AED9.498 billion and net profit of AED2.973 billion, with eight project launches and about 1,700 units delivered. His chairman’s statement highlighted expansion into its first villa community, Tilal Binghatti, and master-planned communities.[19]
