Kevin Salmon is an American commercial real estate broker and investor. He co-founded Salmon & Marshall in New York and later worked in brokerage and team leadership in Texas. April 10, 2013Procedural Ruling in a Commission Dispute
In the Kaplon-Belo Associates commission dispute concerning 74 Kent Avenue, a New York court granted the default-judgment motion against Salmon & Marshall. The motion against Salmon personally was denied for a notice defect, with permission to renew; this was not a final determination clearing him of liability.[7]
2013Khizer Salmon
The Real Deal reported in May that he had launched Khizer Salmon Real Estate Professionals, continuing to specialize in New York retail condominiums and multifamily properties.[2]
March 29, 2017Subsequent Commission Litigation Record
A subsequent New York appellate opinion recorded that the plaintiff had obtained default judgments against all defendants except Ana Fairley and granted summary judgment against Fairley. The earlier procedural denial concerning Salmon therefore does not, by itself, describe the case’s later outcome.[8]
