David Adelman

David J. Adelman is an American entrepreneur and investor based in Philadelphia. He is CEO of Campus Apartments, founder of Darco Capital, and cofounder and vice chairman of Future Standard. A partner in Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, he also participates in Philadelphia arena development and civic affairs.

David J. Adelman grew up on Philadelphia’s Main Line. He recalled losing sports equipment in a basketball wager with family friend and Campus Apartments founder Alan Horwitz at 11, then doing chores at the company to earn it back and discovering real estate.⁠[1][2]
