Anthony Pompliano (commonly known as “Pomp”) is an American investor, bitcoin advocate, and financial podcast host. He co-founded the investment firm Morgan Creek Digital Assets, and as of October 2026 he is Chairman and CEO of the Nasdaq-listed company Silvia, Inc. (formerly ProCap Financial) and runs the investment firm Professional Capital Management.

Since January 2022, Pompliano has served as CEO of Professional Capital Management, the investment firm he founded (its legal entity is Inflection Points, Inc., of which he is the controlling member). The firm leverages a large social media following to create and acquire cash-flow positive businesses, and then invests the operating profits across public and private markets. Before founding Professional Capital Management, he had been an entrepreneur and private investor for more than 14 years, investing in more than 200 companies.[1][1][1][1][1]
January 2, 2025Becoming CEO of ProCap Acquisition Corp
ProCap Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), was formed on January 2, 2025, and Pompliano has served as its CEO and a director since its formation; on May 22, 2025, the company completed its initial public offering of 25 million units at $10 per unit, raising gross proceeds of $250 million.[1][1][1]

June 23, 2025ProCap BTC Announces SPAC Merger
On June 23, 2025, Pompliano announced that ProCap BTC, the bitcoin-native financial services firm he founded, had entered into a business combination agreement with Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I, a Nasdaq-listed SPAC; the combined company would be named ProCap Financial, planned to hold up to $1 billion in bitcoin on its balance sheet, and would generate revenue from its bitcoin holdings through a variety of strategies. Entities in the transaction raised $516.5 million in equity and $235 million in convertible notes, with investors including Magnetar Capital, Blockchain.com, Arrington Capital, and FalconX.[5][5][5][5][5][5]
December 5, 2025ProCap Financial Completes Its Merger and Listing
On December 5, 2025, ProCap BTC and Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I completed their business combination, and ProCap Financial, Inc. became the publicly traded parent company; its shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker BRR on December 8, with Pompliano as CEO. As of the end of 2025, the company held 5,000 bitcoin.[6][6][7][2][7]
February 8, 2026Acquiring CFO Silvia
On February 8, 2026, ProCap Financial agreed to acquire CFO Silvia, Inc, an AI agent lab focused on finance, from sellers Inflection Points Inc (that is, Professional Capital Management, of which Pompliano is the controlling member) and Shain Noor, a co-founder of CFO Silvia; the deal was approved at the annual meeting of stockholders on March 27, 2026, and closed on April 6, when Noor became Chief Technology Officer, reporting to CEO Pompliano. That same month, the company launched ProCap Insights, an agentic financial research offering, expanding its strategic focus to AI-enabled investment analysis and financial planning; as of June 30, 2026, the company still held 5,355 bitcoin.[8][8][1][9][9][9][9][7][7][7]
