Apply for an entry
Apply for an entry about yourself or your organization, or claim an entry we already publish. Pre-review is free; you pay only after approval.
How it works
- Apply: share basic details and at least one link to an interview or article by a third-party media outlet. More is better: fuller material means a faster review and a more complete entry.
- Free pre-review: we reply within 3 business days with approved, more information needed, or not approved.
- Payment: once approved, pay in your customer center.
- Entry: published within 7 to 10 business days after payment. Before publication you can check the facts, and we will correct any errors.

During the service year
- Submit update requests from your customer center at any time: 6 per year for a person, 12 for an organization, completed within 5 business days. Each update needs a third-party article or public source.
- Corrections of factual errors do not count toward the limit.
Inclusion rules
- Entries are written from published third-party reporting, stay objective and neutral, and are edited independently by ABAB Pedia.
- The fee pays for review, writing and maintenance. It cannot buy inclusion or decide what an entry says. If there is no third-party coverage, we do not charge and do not create an entry.
- We accept applications only from the person concerned or an authorized representative of the organization.
